Being familiar with Steve Ray's CD's I was hoping he had one on the topic of Confession. Indeed he has! This talk helped me understand the basic reasoning behind WHY we as Catholics must regularly participate in the sacrament of reconciliation. I found the information related to the history, teachings and tradition in this area to be of particular interest.
