Fantastic!!

Crossing the Tiber by Steve Ray is a fascinating and inspiring story of one man's journey from Protestant Christianity to Catholicism. Ray was raised in a devout Baptist family and had always been taught that the Catholic Church was corrupt and heretical. However, after years of studying the Bible and Church history, he came to the conclusion that the Catholic Church is the true Church founded by Jesus Christ.
In Crossing the Tiber, Ray shares his personal journey of conversion in a clear and engaging way. He provides a wealth of information about the Catholic Church, including its history, beliefs, and practices. He also addresses common Protestant objections to Catholicism.
Crossing the Tiber is an excellent resource for anyone who is interested in learning more about the Catholic Church. It is also a valuable resource for Protestants who are struggling with their faith. Ray's story is a powerful reminder that God is always working to bring people back to Him, no matter how far they have strayed.
Here are some of the things that make Crossing the Tiber a great book:
• It is a personal story of conversion, which makes it relatable and engaging.
• It is well-researched and provides a wealth of information about the Catholic Church.
• It addresses common Protestant objections to Catholicism.
• It is an encouraging and inspiring book that can help people grow in their faith.
If you are interested in learning more about the Catholic Church or if you are struggling with your faith, I highly recommend reading Crossing the Tiber. It is a book that will challenge you, encourage you, and help you grow in your faith. -
A Fantastic Book

It is a fantastic book. Exceptional research. I really enjoyed the footnotes, too, and probably ordered three or four books you referenced.

I can't put it down

My husband is Catholic, and so is his dad and siblings but I didn't think having a protestant mother-in-law would be this difficult especially a few weeks back she started asking my husband why we pray to Mary, why we do these "rituals" in our church. and I needed a book that I could read in order to educate myself. I grew up in an 85% Catholic populated country and we were never taught to defend our faith and practices - because frankly, there was no need to do it in our country. Now that I'm here in the US, I find this book so helpful! hopefully one day when she becomes open to readiong this book, I would gladly give her my extra copy. God Bless you, Steve Ray!
