- We offer United State Postal Service shipping options and we ship packages 3 times each week.

- We like our privacy and we know that you do too. We are not a big corporation–this site is managed by only a few people in our family. We use the latest standard security measures to protect your information and employ paypal to make sure your credit card information is secure. Beyond that, you may receive a newsletter from time to time from Steve Ray, but you can easily opt out of it.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are happy to replace items that do not work properly...like the occasional CD that skips, but please try to let us know within 60 days. Returns only if we misrepresented the item in its description or sent the wrong item.
- Ordering
- You have two choices:
Online: Order online anytime use paypal to pay with a credit card.
Paper: Slower but more comfortable for the less technologically apt: Use our printable order form HERE to select the titles you want and mail it to us with a check (payable to Steve Ray):Steve Ray’s Store
(Mailing a paper order could add a couple weeks to the processing time, but you will receive it.)

- All prices listed on the site are for individual customers, if you are interested in buying in large quantities for a large organization please email us and we can discuss pricing options to meet your needs.
We offer promotions from time to time, but you will need to visit the store to see them advertised on the main page. - Viewing Orders
- After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming on what you ordered and where it will be shipped to. Also, if you created an account with a username and password, you can log in anytime to view your order history. If you made a mistake and need to make a change before we have processed it, please send us an email.
